One website that provides enablers would be Flickr.com.The site provides the user a way to see different pictures that other users have posted on the web. There are three enablers that help with the development of this site. They are Uploading, Offshoring, and In-forming.
The first enabler is uploading. Uploading is when user share information to other on a certain site. For Flickr.com people upload their photo on this site to provide either information or just share images to other users.
Second is Offshoring. Offshoring is when a company or a website spreads their network to other countries, while the main company stays in their origin country. For example Flickr.com was created by Ludicorp in Vancouver, Canada, while people all over the world can use this site.
The last enabler is In-forming. In-forming is for websites search engines. Some examples are Yahoo and Ask.com. Flickr.com also has a search engine for their site. Most users use this in order to find certain photos.
